Insurance Sales Director

iA Financial Group is a leading insurance and financial services company seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing insurance production and enhancing sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key advisors to support their business development and practice management needs.
- Provide personalized education and training opportunities to enhance advisors' insurance knowledge and skills.
- Identify and recruit new advisors and firms to expand our network.
- Foster collaboration with internal partners to support advisors and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to advisors and clients.
Requirements:
- 8 years of industry experience with a strong background in insurance sales.
- Previous experience in sales leadership or business development is an asset.
- Insurance of persons license (LLQP) is mandatory.
- Fin. Pl. designation is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with advisors, colleagues, and carriers.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in both languages.
