Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NA 786 Transportation Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic security clearance.

What We Offer
