Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sembhi Transport Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Review: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
