Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GOLD MARVEL CONSTRUCTION INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, planning and organizing daily operations, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week
