Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Acquisitions Coordinator to join our team at Fancy Pokket Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on the industry standards in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the inventory control system, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes;
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, requisition orders, and other related documents;
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery and quality issues;
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, order status, and supplier performance;
  • Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software;
