This is a Work from Home-Remote position. Work from Home associates need to have a quiet home office space, high speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply.

As the Legal Assistance Coordinator some of your duties will include:

- Processing calls, follow-ups and complaints by selecting and conveying the best solution for the customer.
- Maintaining regular contact (at least quarterly) with all out of province advice lawyers and updating process as well as schedule/availability documents.
- Maintaining referral lawyer records in CRM and hard copy; confirming annually that panel requirements are met and contact information is up to date.
- Recruiting advice and referral lawyers as required for underserviced areas.
