Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Heavy Equipment Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop key prospective accounts through all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Utilize corporate quoting tools and resources to prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Manage sales funnels using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Participate in the development of sales, marketing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel to customer sites and locations as required.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside sales/business development experience.
  • Understanding of the Industrial landscape.
  • Proven track record of obtaining sales targets and fostering key accounts.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems.
What We Offer:
  • $65,000 - $90,000 annually.
  • Base salary + commission.
  • Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
  • RRSP matching available after 1 year of service.
