About This RoleYou will manage day-to-day relationships with North America-based advertisers, ensuring direct responsibility for optimizing advertising campaigns. You will lead all aspects of client business, working closely with cross-functional teams to access Nativex services.
The goal is to ensure strategic delivery of client goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets through deep understanding of Nativex's products and ad inventory.
- Establish and closely monitor revenue goals, taking action as needed to achieve key sales, revenue, and profit targets.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from finding relevant leads to closing deals and scaling up activity.
- Able to build and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and training on sales strategy.
- Proactively identify and assess strategic options and opportunities, staying curious and updated regarding current products, inventories, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring continuing relationships and effective information flow to deliver business objectives.
- Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with partners and potential clients.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development role, in mobile advertising or relevant industries.
- Solid relationships with direct advertisers, app developers, and ad agencies in the mobile advertising industry.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team to hit critical commercial KPIs.
- Comfortable discussing technical subjects such as attribution tracking integrations.
- Accountable internally within the advertising team and externally with clients.
- Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.
- Solid knowledge of mobile marketing traffic/mediainventory, proven track record of providing comprehensive mobile marketing solutions to advertisers.
- 10-20% traveling required.
