Business Development Manager, Market Growth

This role is focused on driving business growth and development within a designated market area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and credit analysis skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Credit Analysis and Sales: Conduct thorough credit analyses to assess client creditworthiness and develop tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage assigned loan portfolios to ensure they remain at an acceptable level of risk and generate an appropriate return.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the success of the district office by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices with colleagues and providing guidance and support as needed.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Credit Analysis Skills: Proven experience in credit analysis and portfolio management, with a strong understanding of credit risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Sales and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients and colleagues.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the hospitality industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
