About the Chubb Associate Program (CAP)
The Chubb Associate Program (CAP) is a two-year program designed to provide hands-on business assignments, interactive classroom instruction, team assignments, and direct interaction with experienced professionals and leaders.
CAP is a blended curriculum that includes coordinated classroom training, webinar training, online self-study, on-the-job learning, group project work, mentoring, and networking.
As a CAP participant, you will receive:
- Challenging assignments and the opportunity to contribute to the results of a team;
- Collaborative learning and group assignments with program members to gain broader organizational understanding;
- Technical training to deepen your skill level within your chosen discipline and industry understanding;
- Interpersonal effectiveness skill development to enhance communication and interactive skills;
- Executive engagement allowing program members to network and learn from Chubb's thought leaders;
- Peer mentoring support to navigate professional situations in early development;
- A pathway to leadership development opportunities and global assignments.
From Day One, you will play an active role within the organization by developing new ideas, having exposure to new business opportunities, and providing service to an existing renewal portfolio.
To be successful, you will need to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our brokers and interface with them to develop winning solutions.
Claims

As a Claims professional, you will work with a diverse group of customer service-oriented professionals and play an important role in managing and resolving a broad range of claims.

- Technically adept/digitally savvy;
- Bilingualism is required to work at our Montreal branch.
