About the Chubb Associate Program

The Chubb Associate Program is a two-year program designed to provide a comprehensive experience that supports the development of critical business skills, contributing to the future success of our company.

As a Claims professional in this program, you will be part of an experience that offers hands-on business assignments, interactive classroom instruction, team assignments, and direct interaction with experienced professionals and leaders.

The program includes a truly blended curriculum with coordinated classroom training, webinar training, online self-study, on-the-job learning, group project work, mentoring, and networking.

You will receive challenging assignments, collaborative learning opportunities, technical training, interpersonal effectiveness skill development, executive engagement, peer mentoring support, and a pathway to leadership development opportunities and global assignments.

In this role, you will play an active role within the organization from Day One, developing new ideas, having exposure to new business opportunities, and providing service to an existing renewal portfolio. To be successful, you will need to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our brokers and interface with them to develop winning solutions.

  • Bilingualism is required to work at our Montreal branch

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and the requirements of the role.
