Liberty Mutual Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Associate Claims Specialist to join our Toronto Claims team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative duties, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional service to policyholders, brokers, and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage claims programs, maintain inboxes, and ensure timely correspondence with insured and brokers.
- Set up new claims correctly in various systems, including policy information, coverage, and loss details.
- Liaise with Underwriting as required and complete administrative and service duties within the claims department.
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma and/or equivalent training.
- 1+ years of related industry and/or claims experience.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel, and ability to learn various computer systems.
