The Small Business National Accounts Team at EDC is seeking an experienced Account Manager, International Business Solutions. This key role will focus on managing a large portfolio of small business clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with financial institution partners to deliver EDC's suite of risk management and working capital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to manage a large portfolio of small business clients and identify cross-selling opportunities for EDC's suite of risk management and working capital solutions.
- Collaborate with financial institution partners to deliver EDC's suite of risk management and working capital solutions to small business clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to small business clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, commercial lending, international business, financial services, or trade credit insurance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in strategic sales and/or account management.
- Proficiency in both official languages (English and French).
