About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. As a senior office coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing budgets, and maintaining records. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement recruitment strategies, plan and control expenditures, and establish and implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
  • Recruitment and Training: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage training programs, and provide mentorship opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
