Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team at TECHDEL SOLUTION LTD. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to streamline workflows.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely communication.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers to promote fair labor practices.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to foster a positive work environment.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to facilitate business trips.

Work Environment:
  • This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and market conditions. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
