Job Title: Administrative Officer - Operations Coordinator

At Lakeland Animal Care Group, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review and evaluate administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient
  • Delegate tasks to office staff to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and staff training
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train and develop office staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control


**Requirements:**

* Secondary school graduation certificate required
* Experience an asset
