Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and/or professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in financial management and accounting, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong experience with leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
    • Ability to develop, coach, and support high-performing teams, focusing on financial performance and operational efficiency.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
