Restaurant Operations Manager

Pyramid Pizza & Wings is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Performance: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Planning: Prepare floor plans and scheduling to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.
- Strategic Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
