About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Investigator. As a Mystery Shopping Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres or malls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive reports on your findings
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments, identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
  • Prepare information (evidence) reports
  • Utilize your investigative expertise to gather data
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
Work Environment

This is a part-time opportunity, requiring approximately 3-6 hours of work per week. You will be responsible for your own transportation and will not be reimbursed for travel expenses. You must be legally able to work in Canada and reside in proximity to the advertised location.
