We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Investigator. As a key member of our C3 Client Satisfaction team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres and malls.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations of customer service and store environments
- Produce accurate and detailed reports of findings
- Evaluate the quality of customer service and store environments
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a casual, on-call position with a variable schedule. You will be required to work in shopping centres and malls, using your own transportation. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed by the employer.
