We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Investigator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres and malls.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate customer service and store environments
- Produce reports on your findings
- Conduct undercover work to gather information
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
You will be working in a shopping centre or mall environment, with the ability to travel to different locations as needed. You will be required to use your own transportation and may need to work on-call or shift work.
What We Offer- A casual work arrangement with 3 to 6 hours of work per week

This role is available in English or French.
