About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Investigator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres and malls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Produce reports on your findings
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
Work Environment

You will be working in a shopping centre or mall environment, with the ability to travel to different locations as needed. You will be required to use your own transportation and will not be reimbursed for travel expenses.
