Job Title: Director Service and Delivery

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Service Delivery to join our team at Gate Gourmet Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Service Delivery department and driving business results through strategic planning, leadership, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Service Delivery department, including financial and operational performance.
  • Accountable for budget and labor costs.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Service Delivery staff.
  • Provide strategic direction to meet and exceed service quality and reduce operating costs.
  • Own the planning and coordination of routes and schedules to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Partner with other teams to resolve conflicts and remove process roadblocks.
  • Responsible for employee discipline and corrective actions in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in incident investigations and safety improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Logistics preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience with leadership and senior management responsibilities.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and managing large teams.
