Global Service Delivery Director

As a Global Service Delivery Director at Roche, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving services for our integrated technology products.
About the Role- Owning every aspect of service delivery, governance, and performance to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborating with business leaders to establish fit-for-purpose quality services and acting as an escalation point for major issues.
- Accountable for service quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and consumer satisfaction, ensuring the running of the service meets or exceeds expectations.
- Implementing the service lifecycle strategy in line with the product roadmap to drive continuous improvements and elevate the overall service experience.
- Defining service runs in compliance with relevant metrics, identifying new ones, and designing methods to measure them.
- Responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate 'good enough' team output and elevating overall service experience.
- Collaborating with Product Managers and business leaders to ensure releases and changes are delivered in a controlled and compliant manner.
- Leading the service delivery teams composed of internal and external third-party partners to achieve fit-for-purpose service levels in productivity, quality, output, and cost.
- Ensuring processes are designed, updated, and socialized with audits and compliance in mind, supporting audit readiness and inspections.
- Playing a key role in establishing the implementation and continuous maturity of DevOps.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Delivery Service Manager providing mission-critical services in a global organization.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent project-related experience).
- Expertise in IT Service Management, preferably certified in ITIL V3/V4.
- Experience in Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
- Support Audit readiness at the site and awareness of regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, FDA CFR Part 11 will be an asset.
- Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably Life Sciences.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in supporting global initiatives, programs, and projects and coordinating implementing the same at site level.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
