Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.
- Appliance Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Housekeeping: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, as well as water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
- Supervision: Supervise other workers and work with minimal supervision.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Language: English.
