Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and overseeing office administrative procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 1-2 people, establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, implementing solutions to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
