As Operations Manager for Remanufacturing and Quality Control, you will be responsible for leading, guiding, and directing employees in a safe and efficient direction. You will assist the Plant Manager with all building and production duties and ensure that areas in Production and the Plant are running smoothly and have quantity and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the remanufacturing process of washers & dryers
  • Work with the Production Manager to establish certified rebuilt standards for all equipment
  • Assist the Production Manager to establish and maintain equipment production goals
  • Maintain quality control programs to ensure proper operation of all remanufactured equipment
  • Monitor employee schedules, job assignments, and workstation scheduling to meet the demand of all new and rebuilt equipment orders
  • Assist all workstations with assembly line exceptions and/or problematic machines
  • Promote good teamwork with a friendly, helpful attitude towards all production employees
  • Employee communications: explain job expectations, provide coaching, training, and counseling to all production employees
  • Hold biweekly team meetings to discuss company policies, procedures, and any operational challenges for workable solutions
  • Maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers. Promote the company's core values
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture. Review production procedures, recommend measures to improve working conditions, work station processes, and the use of all tools and/or equipment
  • Review and appraise employee performance
  • Review all company safety policies with employees. Enforce safety guidelines, regulations, and company standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience. This role requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training. Sustainability is woven into our fabric at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems. We know that protecting the planet is the right thing to do and we're taking steps to understand, reduce, and offset our environmental footprint.
