**Job Title:** Quality Assurance and Control Manager

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience)

**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve business processes to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Develop and implement risk-based audit frameworks to review pension administration systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Establish metrics and reporting to measure data quality and track improvements
  • Lead and train teams to embed process audits and data audits in business-as-usual tasks

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in business administration or finance
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in MEPP, public sector pension administration or experience with pension outsourcing providers
  • Prior experience with developing quality assurance programs
  • Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, and process improvement roles
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI), and SQL
