Job Title: Intelex and Compliance Training Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Intelex and Compliance Training Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the planning, scheduling, and management of compliance and skill training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling and delivery of compliance and skill training, including identifying opportunities for program enhancement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvements in the training process.
  • Provide technical expertise in the use of the INTELEX system.
  • Support the planning and execution of training events.
  • Provide reports to internal stakeholders on training performance and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of the INTELEX software system and specifically the INTELEX training module.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • 2+ years' experience in Human Resources or Health & Safety.
  • High degree of integrity, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
