Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and manage sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain inventory to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Supervise and support sales team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
