**Job Summary**

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for implementing the territorial sales plan to maximize sales volume and product distribution for Univins et Spiritueux. This role will focus on developing value-based relationships with key buyers and category managers to drive sales growth and increase market share.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to sell Univins portfolio to regional key accounts in retail and on-trade channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, category managers, and marketing departments to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Create consultative presentations to help achieve Univins and supplier priorities while offering value to customers.
  • Develop and present category assortment plans using category data to identify listings and volume opportunities.
  • Grow Univins listing base and distribution to increase market share.
  • Develop and pitch in-store programs to drive brand awareness and sell-through of Univins products.
  • Collaborate with the consumer marketing team to enhance execution in-store.
  • Manage assigned OTC and A&P budgets by accounts.
  • Track and publish performance reviews to the Sales Director.
  • Communicate account priorities and opportunities to the Sales Director and team to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with logistics and demand planning to forecast programming and ensure accurate inventory levels.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of experience managing key account relationships in a CPG industry.

**Qualifications**

  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent building value-based relationships skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to initiate action and plan and organize.
