Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, working closely with our marketing department to develop and execute sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and grow our key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Sales and Marketing: Work closely with our marketing department to develop and execute sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that products are available to meet customer needs.
  • Supervision: No supervision responsibility.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, presentation software, word processing software, MS Windows, and MS Excel.
  • Area of Specialization: Sales.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, travel expenses paid by employer, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, tight deadlines, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, organized, and time management.
