Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Axiom Surface Protection Inc. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software.
