About the Role

Precise Builders Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.

Communication and Reception

Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Data Management and Analysis

Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Administrative Support

Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Correspondence and Documentation

Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Database Management

Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.

Bookkeeping and Financial Support

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
