Precise Builders Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
Communication and ReceptionAnswer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Data Management and AnalysisOversee the analysis of employee data and information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Administrative SupportCompile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Correspondence and DocumentationType and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Database ManagementMaintain and manage digital databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
Bookkeeping and Financial SupportPerform basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
Work Hours30 hours per week.
