About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Respond to telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members.
  • Administrative Support
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials to the relevant team members.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
    • Train other workers on office procedures and protocols.
  • Scheduling and Research
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
    • Conduct research to support the team's projects and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Screening
    • Oversee the preparation of reports and ensure they are accurate and complete.
    • Screen candidates for job openings and conduct initial interviews.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
