About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative/Consultant to join our team at Atlas Staffing. As a Sales Representative/Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical equipment and services to long-term care facilities and acute care hospitals across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Engage Potential Clients: You will identify and engage potential clients within the long-term and acute care sectors, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Present Products and Services: You will present our products and services to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and relationship management are critical, as you'll ensure clients are fully supported, inquiries are addressed promptly, and issues are resolved professionally.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Pricing Agreements: You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing agreements, collaborating with internal legal and finance teams to ensure contracts meet company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Accurate Reporting: Accurate reporting is essential, as you will maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts, while providing regular updates on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage relationships and sales progress is required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Sales Experience: Must have sales experience in the medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry with proven sales success in the healthcare industry.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-Motivation and Sales Targets: This role requires self-motivation and a commitment to exceeding sales targets, with extensive travel within Canada.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel 25% to 35% within Canada and maybe 2 times per year to the US.
  • Valid Passport: Requires valid passport for travel to the US.
  • Compensation: Potential base salary earnings: $100,000 (US $) plus commission.
