Job Opportunity:

Point Alliance Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Inside Sales Department. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our outside sales executives in a defined geographic territory.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, the ability to quickly develop rapport with executives, vice presidents, and director level contacts, and a strong understanding of the IT consulting industry. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, positioning Point Alliance as a natural top choice for any IT consulting opportunity, and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for outside sales executives
  • Engage with prospects through phone calls and other research methods
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone skills and ability to quickly develop rapport with executives, vice presidents, and director level contacts
  • Strong understanding of the IT consulting industry and market trends
  • Highly motivated, competitive individual with superior communications skills
  • A team-playing, positive, and friendly attitude
