About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, providing exceptional sales experiences for our customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead sales and high-priority opportunities from inception to close
  • Build and maintain enduring customer relationships, up to C-level
  • Articulate our company's expertise and capabilities to customers
  • Manage and lead proof of concept evaluations
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs when required
  • Coordinate external and internal resources to build momentum and facilitate agreements with customers
  • Provide market and customer feedback to inform our product and service roadmap
  • Work closely with members of our marketing, sales development, sales engineering, product, and engineering teams
Requirements:
  • A proven track record exceeding quota and 4+ years of experience in a closing role leading customers through a B2B SaaS sales cycle
  • Documented success selling into some of the world's largest companies
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and a bias towards immediate action and results
  • A relentless work ethic, mental toughness, and focus
  • Ownership - willing to go out of your way to complete a job and a relentless drive to achieve results
  • The creativity to handle never-before-seen situations smoothly
