This is a 6-month contract opportunity in a hybrid environment, with a focus on building engagement and providing a personalized experience to candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Ownership of the recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, and providing offers.
  • Relationship Building: Supporting internal stakeholders to deliver talent acquisition needs, while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: Providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and promoting CTG's brand.
  • Agility: Working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency to meet deliverables and attract top talent.

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on sourcing processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve recruitment skills and processes.
