Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is a leading provider of home-based and community-setting services, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to Canadians.

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist, Healthcare Projects to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of our healthcare roles.

This is a 6-month contract position, working in a hybrid environment of in-office and home. You will be based in our Mississauga office, supporting our internal stakeholders and delivering their talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will have complete ownership of the recruitment cycle, from intake to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • You will build relationships with internal stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and guidance to support their talent acquisition needs.
  • You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and providing offers to candidates, ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, procedures, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to take calculated risks to meet recruitment targets.
