Closing the Gap Healthcare is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to Canadians through a range of home-based and community-setting services.

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant, Healthcare Projects to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care.

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of CTG roles, providing expertise across multiple business lines within the organization.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity in a hybrid environment, with a focus on building engagement and providing a personalized experience to candidates across various business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: You will have complete ownership of the recruitment cycle from intake, sourcing, interviewing, providing offers, and onboarding the new hire until their first day.
  • Relationship Building: You will support internal stakeholders to deliver their talent acquisition needs while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: You will be CTG's Brand Ambassador, committed to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience in everything you do.
  • Agility: You will be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, taking risks and learning to pivot to attract and hire the right candidate for the right role.

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on sourcing processes, procedures, and various recruitment tools.
  • Strong Brand Awareness and ability to promote CTG and connect with candidates through different avenues, such as social media.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously improve your craft as a talent acquisition specialist, striving for recruitment excellence.
