Position Overview

HYCROFT CAPITAL INC. is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administration Supervisor to oversee our administrative functions and ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
Work Environment

This position is situated within the private sector, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage the administrative activities of the organization.
  • Coordinate and plan for essential office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
  • Supervise a small team of clerical staff engaged in filing, typing, and record-keeping.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct supervision of 1 to 2 personnel.
