Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
This position is situated within the private sector, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
- Manage the administrative activities of the organization.
- Coordinate and plan for essential office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
- Supervise a small team of clerical staff engaged in filing, typing, and record-keeping.
Direct supervision of 1 to 2 personnel.
Technical SkillsProficiency in the following software is required:
- MS Excel
- MS Office Suite
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Word
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
