Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Secretary to join our team at Silverstar Brewing Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain inventory of office supplies, arrange travel and itineraries, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
