Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

The Davidson Institute is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Perform data entry and train staff on administrative procedures.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
