Position Overview:

As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and support our growth objectives. This role is vital in ensuring seamless operations between our customer service team and other departments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and driving company growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators through comprehensive dashboards.
  • Guide and support the customer service team in their daily tasks.
  • Facilitate effective communication among departments, the sales team, and clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of tools for measuring customer satisfaction and evaluating service quality.
  • Design and execute plans to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and requests, and take appropriate actions.
  • Develop training programs and provide coaching for customer service representatives.
  • Occasionally interact with customers in person to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment related to lighting or technical products. Proficiency in both French and English, along with expertise in Office suite applications, is essential.
