As part of our commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a District Sales Associate to support our Strategic Partnerships Sales Division within the Institutional Sales and Service Department. This role will be pivotal in providing administrative assistance to our sales teams and the Director of Partner Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage territory oversight by preparing, maintaining, and forecasting sales coverage.
  • Coordinate corporate events, branch meetings, and presentations from product managers.
  • Order promotional materials for clients.
  • Prepare various correspondences, special mailings, client reports, and continuing education credit letters.
  • Manage product and marketing material orders for the team.
  • Handle incoming client communications, including mail, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing special events and CRM campaigns, and participate in team social events.
  • Maintain client information within the CRM database.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings with prepared agendas.
  • Arrange travel logistics for sales teams.
  • Present monthly internal reports to the Director of Partner Sales.
  • Process Sales Practices requests and manage team expenses.
  • Implement business processes to improve territory management efficiency.
  • Provide operational support with a strong emphasis on detail and time management.

Qualifications

  • Relevant post-secondary education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the mutual fund industry.
  • Preferable certifications in CSC/IFC and familiarity with National Instrument NI.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and Concur.
  • Familiarity with Mackenzie products and processing rules.
