We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect for new leads and business opportunities through cold calls and other outreach efforts.
- Promote and support the sales of aftermarket products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and track leads and sales opportunities in our CRM system.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Work closely with the product management team to understand product roadmaps and customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and French is required for a position in Quebec.
