Job Description

We are seeking a goal-oriented Program Manager to support our growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully, exceeding client expectations and meeting internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management: Leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Training program management: Managing and prioritizing training schedules, generating project timelines, and providing relevant details to trainers.
  • Client interface: Coordinating logistics and training agreements with clients, with an emphasis on client service.
  • Internal process improvement: Implementing and maintaining project management tools, identifying and driving process improvements.
  • Billing & administration: Coordinating billing and related administrative tasks.
  • Proposal & RFP management: Preparing proposals and overseeing the firm's submissions to RFPs (requests for proposal) and assisting with other business development efforts.
  • Reporting: Preparing dashboards and status reports.
Requirements

The skills and attributes for the role include:

  • A post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven project manager experience (PMP certification would be an asset).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
