Program Management Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Management Director to lead our water and wastewater infrastructure programs in the Greater Toronto Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all phases of water and wastewater infrastructure programs, including design, construction, and commissioning.
- Oversee the design and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programs.
- Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in program management, including 4 years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
