Position Overview

The General Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its goals by effectively managing resources and implementing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Oversight: Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Strategic Objectives: Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives accordingly.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
